Short History
The website was founded by Prof.univ. dr. Felician Rosca in 1999 as a result of the activity of a group of musicians from Timisoara.
The first meeting was in 1995,
organized by the Music Faculty of West University, Timisoara. At the Seminar, musicians, poets and theologians from various religious, presented their papers and opinions.
The purpose of these papers was to promote Hymnology as a whole and the religious hymn in particular.
Papers have been presented to sessions of the International Hymnological
Society in York, Lublijana. Halifax, in an attempt to open up the dialogue with sister hymnological societies.
